Vidgo Review 2022: Vidgo is one of the newest live streaming services on the market, and we’re here to help you decide if it’s right for you. Vidgo has the best dollar-to-channel ratio among other services, but on-demand content and cloud DVR is not available.
Vidgo offers more than 95 channels for $55 a month, and the first month is only $10 if you want to try it out before committing. The service is also available on three devices simultaneously.
The latest features of the Vidgo plan
To get a feel for Vidgo’s performance, we tested it for a few days on an Amazon Fire TV Stick, an Apple TV, and a Roku Streaming Stick. Overall, Vidgo performed well. It’s bare-bones – just a channel guide and nothing else – but it didn’t frustrate us like some others.
Vidgo provides three-channel packages: Plus, Premium, and Spanish. It is possible to view plans simultaneously on three devices, and they are compatible with iOS, Android, Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, Android TV, Web browsers, and Chromecast. Vidgo services do not require contracts. Cancellation is possible at any time, and the service is billed on a monthly basis. Each Vidgo channel plan comes with a 7-day free trial.
In 2022, Vidgo introduced many new features.
- Timeshift –During live sporting events or TV shows, you can rewind, pause, or go back to the beginning if you get interrupted or join late.
- To playback, click here – Play shows from the past 24 hours without a DVR.
- TV Everywhere – Add hundreds of hours of additional content, movies, and recorded shows from ESPN, Disney, ABC, Fox, Fox News, NFL Network, Discovery, A&E, Viacom, beIN Sports, and Hallmark Apps.
- 2x ABC and Fox stations

- Casting –Vidgo can be viewed on your TV through Airplay or Chromecast.

The features of Vidgo TV
1. DVR
Vidgo TV does not offer viewers the option to record content, unlike its live TV streaming market competitors, which is a common feature of other live streaming services. Vidgo TV also does not offer on-demand access to movies and TV shows.
2. Simultaneous Streams and Profiles
Vidgo TV excels in enabling subscribers to watch content on up to three streams simultaneously. The Sling TV Orange + Blue plan, which allows users to watch on four devices at once, is the only live streaming service that can match this.

3. User Experience
Vidgo TV provides a basic user experience consisting of just a channel guide. Each row displays the next two hours of programming and is conveniently sorted into categories such as Family, Favorites, Recents, and Sports.
Viewers are able to easily find their favorite content and scroll through the guideless. However, it does not provide parental controls to allow parents to restrict the types of content their children can access.
4. TV Everywhere
Vidgo TV also offers TV Everywhere, which is an interesting feature. Viewers can watch TV shows on-demand and on the go and watch live shows even when they have three simultaneous streams. It also offers access to networks like ABC and FOX, allowing viewers to watch live programming from their regional area and their favorite local sports teams.
Vidgo TV subscribers can also watch more than 30 channels on their own apps for free. Networks like beIN Sports, Disney Channel, ESPN, FOX and FOX News Channel, Hallmark Channel, MTV, National Geographic, NFL Network, Paramount Network, and VH1 fall into this category. Vidgo TV subscribers must log in using their Vidgo TV username and password by opening the relevant network’s app, selecting Sign Up Later, then going to its settings, selecting TV Provider, and finding Vidgo TV.
Vidgo TV is a pre-paid monthly service, which means users pay upfront for a month of access and can cancel at any time before the next payment is due. New customers can also try out the service for 3 days for free before they commit to a full subscription.
